How do you turn off "Parental Control"?

My mom set up this parental control thing on my laptop, can't download anything, can't open games, and that stuff, and I'd like to know if there is a way to maybe come up with her password, or hacking or whatever. I can't ask her. I have windows 7, so ye please help :)
