Why do people kill each other over religion?

I find it ridicules that there is entire wars fought over religion, it seems like a waste of resources and human lives. There has been "Holy wars" for 1000s of years, people fighting in the name of their God. The most recent Holy wars are in the east and the US wastes billions of its dollars to send marines to the east just to protect are interest (Oil, and other resources).Why must people fight about their religions? Why cant they just get along because by definition the Muslims, the Christean, the Catholics,and the victimized Jews all worship the same guy God. The only difference is i believe the Muslims have a different name for him and all these religions have a different way to worship him, but when it all boils down they all worship the same God. So why waste all this time fighting about God its such a pointless fight and gets the human race no were. Course i understand the reason of a religion it is to calm the person about death they want to believe that when they die they will have some were to go, most common name for this place is heaven. But why bring death to you faster or faster to others? I prefer Orijen 100%. It has way more meat content and in my opinion the company is extremely trustworthy, whereas the company that makes TOTW has had quite some recalls. MY LG RUMOR TOUCH WONT READ SD CARD!!!?

I have a Lg Rumor Touch and now for some reason my Micro SD Card is unreadable to the phone, now it IS NOT the SD Card that is the problem. The reason for this is because the card works perfectly in computers and other mobile devices but not my LG. Is there some form of being able to hack into my cell phones OS and do some configurations to the software. I have opened the phone to see if the SD slot was somehow damaged or somehow detached, but the hardware of the phone is fine. Do you get along with your mom?

I don't have a great relationship with my mom, never have had one. I'm the middle child and I have an older sister, and a younger sister. All my life she's favored the both of them, and has not hid the fact from anyone that she does so. She goes out of her way to see my other sisters, calls them daily, see's them every week, and so on. When it comes to me, I couldn't tell you the last time I saw my mom let alone talked to her. We live in the same town, but never see each other unless I go out of my way to go see her, and even when I do all she talks about is my sisters, their kids, or she's on the phone or computer the whole time I'm there and doesn't hardly say anything. My older sister lives 3 hrs away and she goes to see her all the time, my younger sister lives an hr away and goes to see her aswell, I live 4 miles from her and never see her unless I go there. I'm really sick of this and she doesn't realize how this affects me and my children. What can I possibly do in this situation? I don't have a great relationship with my mom, never have had one. I'm the middle child and I have an older sister, and a younger sister. All my life she's favored the both of them, and has not hid the fact from anyone that she does so. She goes out of her way to see my other sisters, calls them daily, see's them every week, and so on. When it comes to me, I couldn't tell you the last time I saw my mom let alone talked to her. We live in the same town, but never see each other unless I go out of my way to go see her, and even when I do all she talks about is my sisters, their kids, or she's on the phone or computer the whole time I'm there and doesn't hardly say anything. My older sister lives 3 hrs away and she goes to see her all the time, my younger sister lives an hr away and goes to see her aswell, I live 4 miles from her and never see her unless I go there. Xbox freeze fix please help me.?

My xbox elite was working perfectly. Then I tried to do an aimbot usb hack from youtube. I didnt follow through though causeI was scared of getting banned. All I did was transfer a profile to the usb tHEN OFF MY XBOX. A couple of hours later I turned on the xbox then right when it signed in to live it started showing thedashboard then it froze. Who knows what is wrong with my Hoot septic septic system?

I'm having issues with my hoot. I can't figure out why my Troy air blower keeps shutting off. Identifying an Owl in my suburban area in Northeastern PA?

There's been an owl living in different trees around my house for years. I know next to nothing about owls but I'm curious about this one. So i tried weed for the first time, and for some reason i never got high they told me i don't inhale so only practice would get me high, i started getting high like once a week, and my eyes would never go red or anything and i only felt a little high.So the school year was about to end. And the first time i got baked was at my friends place it was the highest i ever was, i never got that high again, and i still have gotten very baked, but then again i used a can so maybe it could of been the fumes from the can? Anyways it was summer and i was sober all throughout summer because i didn't have a dealer i got those guys to get the weed for me. And then once grade 9 started i forgot all about weed, and i was happy because it was the start of high school. I was having a good month and i think it was about the second month of high school is when i was introduced to weed again. I bought some and got high with some friends, and this time my eyes did go red and i would have a ****** up laugh, but for some reason i always got higher then the others, my bro said its because i take rank hoots, but still not sure. I started buying weed like every once a week and my friend would chip in and we would find some guy at the smoking corner to buy weed off of. (btw this is a catholic school). What are the best power settings for me and my laptop?

I have a Acer Aspire 5551-4200 laptop. Right now I keep the battery in the fridge and run on the power cord full time. I don't give a hoot about saving energy. My only concern is what's best to preserve and prolong the life of my laptop and prevent damage to it from overheating. My previous laptop, a Dell, died from repeated and prolonged overheating, and I want to preserve this laptop as long as might be possible. I could configure the Power Options so it never turns the display off, never sleeps, and doesn't do anything when I close the lid, but that would eventually lead to overheating like it did on my Dell. On the Dell I had no choice because I didn't have a battery. The battery conked out after only about twelve or thirteen months. I keep this battery, a lithium ion, in cold storage at about a 40% charge when I'm not using it, because I want it to last. So I pretty much keep the Power Options on the factory defaults. The problem is that the darn thing cuts off or goes to sleep or whatever the heck it does while I'm trying to run a McAfee full virus scan, or charge my digital media player, or some such task that lasts more than a half hour or so. I'll set it to do one of the above or something similar and come back later and it'll be dark, and when I wake it back up the scan will have paused in progress, or the digital media player will have stopped charging, yadda-yadda-yadda. So does anyone ken my problem? Can anyone suggest the best Power Option settings so I can keep the darn thing awake long enough to finish what I thought I asked it to do and still have minimal long term detrimental effect on "my poor, poor bairns" motherboard.
