What would you do if you were in this situation?

You liked a girl so much that you did everything you could to go out with her. And so finally she accepts. She is on the Track team in the High school. She's the Track Leader and everyone looks up to her. and she wants to be a pro high jumper when she's done with school. And thats pretty much the most important thing in her life. but then since you came along you've been pulling her down. and then one day your friend keeps asking you if you've done anything with her yet. and you kinda ignore him because you don't wanna go there yet. But then he keeps talking about how old you are already and that you shouldn't be a virgin anymore. So then when you go the store you see magazines talking about sex. then you read them due to your curiosity. and they say that the average age for loosing your virginity is 18. Which you are! So then you get too frustrated and then you get home and She wants to watch a movie with you. So its night. and The movie gets to an erotic scene. and you start thinking if SHE is waiting for you to do something... then you get too confused and you sit closer to her. then you hold her hand. and grab her breast... She slaps you and runs out of the room... The next day you tell your friend about what happened and your mad at him for giving you the wrong advice. But then when you get home you try apologizing to her. and she says that she's sorry. and then your Hella confused! and she says she's sorry because she was scared... she says "Its just that... when people do things like that... It gets kind of... scary..." So then you tell her that if she doesn't want to do it then she doesn't have too. you tell her "I wanted to do it but since you dont want to then i dont want to force you... The most important thing is not my feelings. it's you thats important..." but then she replies back "Well... its not so scary right now..." and you seem kinda confused but then... Yes its what your thinking. and she says "So what do you want me to do?" then yeah you both do it. and the next morning she asks you "Did we do it right? i mean i didnt take the pills like the magizines said..." but then your not sure so you tell her you dont know. so both of you just ignor it. Then the next week she's sick and looks really pale. you tell her she might want to see the docter since she isnt getting better. and she comes back and tells you that she's... pregnant... and she asks if she should have an abortion... what do you say?????? Remember, she was committed to the high Jump and wanted to do it for the rest of her life. But she cant if she has a baby. And you barely have enough money for yourself! What do you want to do? You came into this girl's perfect life... and now what have you done? So... Whats your move? You are very willing to help raise the baby with EVERYTHING you've got. but what do you say to her? abortion?
