What break up step am i on?

My ex and i broke up almost two weeks ago. It was a break up that came out of no where. My heart is hella broken still. I mean how can someone who tells you they love you just up and leave and just started going from guy to guy? I mean it sucks. From some advice i took i haven't called or texted her which kills me but i have to get over her right? Well right now i'm going through the phase wherei wonder if she thinks about me at all and if she still loves me. I shouldn't care if she does or not but for some reason i just wanna know. She also texted me happy birthday 2 days ago that was the last i heard from her.....Butit just kills me how we get dropped so fast out of no where when things are really good. I mean why keep telling someone you love them and miss them then pull this **** off.....It's been so bad my bestfriend came and moved in with me....
