I wanna dye my hair but.......?

The underlayers is definitely a better choice, if you just do the hair around your face it would look like a dye job gone wrong. A streak would definitely be the safer choice, and dying your underlayers is not necessarily something different, but if you are wanting a change then I say go big or go home. :) Good luck!
